Lonely elderly people live at the nursing home built by Tang Cuiyu in Chayou Village of Dahua Yao Autonomous County, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, April 26, 2017. Tang Cuiyu, 50, is a civil servant in Chayou Village. She often helps people living in difficulties in remote area during her work. Since 2003, she has visited about 200 villages and provided assistance to nearly 100 lonely seniors and people with disabilities and mental illness in her spare time voluntarily. Tang also offered financial support to help about 35 underprivileged children realize their college dreams. To provide better care for the lonely elderly people and continue her charity career, she built a two-floor nursing home nearby her own house in 2013.
