YANGON, April 26 (Xinhua) -- The three-day political dialogue at national level has ended in Taunggyi, Myanmar's southern Shan state, and the outcome of the region-wise dialogue will be submitted to the upcoming Second Meeting of the country's 21st Century Panglong Peace Conference, scheduled for May 24, official report said Wednesday.

A total of 57 papers, submitted by representatives of signatory armed groups to the Nationwide Ceasefire Accord (NCA) and political parties, were discussed at the three-day dialogue meeting which concluded on Tuesday and various points of view were compiled for further presentation to the Panglong peace conference.

The 57 papers are respectively related with politics, economy, land issues, natural resources and environmental conservation.

Region-wise national level political dialogues had been held in Tanintharyi and Bago regions as part of the peace process.

Myanmar's previous U Thein Sein's government and eight other armed groups signed the NCA on Oct. 15, 2015, and the first meeting of the 21st Century Panglong Conference was held in Nay Pyi Taw in August 2016, four months after the new government led by the National League for Democracy took office.
