HONG KONG, Feb. 17 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks declined 73 points, or 0.31 percent, to 24,033 points on Friday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 23,944 and 24,106. Turnover totaled 86.2 billion HK dollars (about 11.1 billion U.S. dollars).
