ISLAMABAD, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- At least four people were killed and scores of others injured when a blast hit protestors in Pakistan's Lahore on Monday evening, local Urdu media reported.
Geo News said that hundreds of chemists were protesting against the newly introduced act by Punjab government with Lahore as capital city, outside the provincial assembly at Chairing-Cross area when the explosion hit them.
The report added that several policemen who were providing security to the protestors are also among the injured people.
The injured people have been shifted to a nearby hospital.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
