MUMBAI, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) -- Indian market opened lower Tuesday ahead of the union budget publish for the next fiscal year.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 27,756.48, 93.08 points or 0.3 percent down compared to its previous close at 27,849.56.
