SKOPJE, Jan. 7 (Xinhua) -- Three Albanian-minority parliamentary parties in Macedonia, namely DUI, the Revival with BESA coalition and the Alliance for Albanians, adopted Saturday a joint platform with an aim of using it to launch negotiations for government formation, DUI informed.

The document was created on the basis of the free and democratic will of the ethnic Albanian voters, which was expressed in the Dec.11 early parliamentary polls, and the spirit of the Ohrid Accord, prosperity and long-term stability of Macedonia as well as Macedonia's determination to join NATO and EU, the three parties said.

The Ohrid Framework Agreement was the peace deal signed by the government of Macedonia and ethnic Albanian representatives on Aug. 13, 2001.

The joint political agenda of the three parties foresees the implementation of several objectives during the upcoming government mandate, including full equality in compliance with the Ohrid Framework Agreement and the Constitution, equal language rights, as well as full economic parity through equal regional development, the parties explained.

The three parties added that the process of fulfilling these objectives will be supervised through the establishment of a Roundtable of the Albanian parliamentary parties.
