TEHRAN, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- Iran will host 2017 Asian Taekwondo Clubs Championships in the northern city of Sari on April 13-14, Press TV reported on Tuesday.
Iranian men' s Shahrdari Varamin taekwondo club has claimed the title at the 6th edition of Asian Taekwondo Clubs Championships in Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates, having collected five gold and three silver medals and tallied 50 points.
Also, in the women' s section, Iranian women' s Can Home Appliances and Kourosh Sportswear clubs finished in first and second places with 48 points and 22 points respectively at the 6th edition of the championships.
