WASHINGTON, Jan. 1 (Xinhua) -- Tim Hardaway Jr. made a tying 3-pointer with 3.3 seconds left in regulation as the Atlanta Hawks beat the San Antonio Spurs 114-112 on Sunday night.
Millsap had a season-high 32 points and 13 rebounds. Hardaway added 29 points off the bench and Schroder finished with 16 for the Hawks, who snapped a 11 straight losses to San Antonio since 2010.
Hardaway, who scored nine points in overtime, made the first of two free throws with 10.8 seconds left in overtime for a 113-112 lead. Paul Millsap grabbed the missed free throw before Dennis Schroder also made only one of two attempts with 3.9 seconds remaining.
LaMarcus Aldridge led the Spurs with 27 points and 13 rebounds. Tony Parker had 22 points and 6 assists, and Paul Gasol added 18 points and 9 rebounds.
