JAKARTA, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- A Hercules plane operated by Indonesian air force went down in Papua of eastern Indonesia on Sunday, killing 13 people, Air Force Spokesman Jemi Trisonjaya told Xinhua by phone.
A total of 10 people have been evacuated and three others remain at the scene, the spokesman said.
