China to strengthen introduction of foreign investment in 2017

BEIJING, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) -- China will strengthen its efforts to introduce foreign investment in 2017, as foreign-funded businesses can play an important role in developing the real economy, said a statement issued Friday after the Central Economic Work Conference.

Efforts will be made to build a law-based business environment, according to the statement.
