UNITED NATIONS, Dec. 10 (Xinhua) -- The UN Security Council on Saturday "strongly condemned" outgoing Gambian president, Yahya Jammeh, for rejecting official election results, and called on him to "respect the choice of the sovereign people" of the West African country.
