The President of the Italian Senate Pietro Grasso presides over the vote for the 2017 Budget at the Senate in Rome, Italy, on Dec. 7, 2016. The Italian Upper House gave its final approval to the 2017 budget law on Wednesday, clearing the way for the announced resignation of Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.
