BEIJING, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- Chinese regulators reiterated Tuesday that there is no change in government policies that encourage businesses to go out, but they are closely monitoring the tendency of "irrational" overseas investment in some areas.
Real estate, hotels, cinemas, entertainment industry and sports clubs were among the industries singled out as examples of this tendency, according to a statement jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, the People's Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
