BEIJING, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring around 7.5 magnitude occurred off the east coast of Japan's Honshu at 4:59 a.m. on Tuesday, said the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The epicenter was monitored at 37.31 degrees north latitude and 142.08 degrees east longitude.
