China to increase scholarships to enhance SCO people-to-people exchanges

BISHKEK, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Thursday pledged to offer more scholarships for Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) members to enhance the foundation of people-to-people exchanges.

Li made the remarks at the 15th SCO prime ministers' meeting in Bishkek.
