KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- The Malaysian stock market ended lower here on Thursday.
The Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI) was at 1,669.03 down 4.89 points or 0.29 percent, and the Emas was at 11,780.66 down 23.66 points or 0.20 percent.
There were 339 gainers, 396 losers and 406 counters traded unchanged.
Turnover declined to 1.49 billion shares valued at 1.61 billion ringgit Malaysia (384.34 million U.S. dollars), compared with 1.54 billion shares valued at 1.81 billion ringgit Malaysia(434.57 million U.S. dollars) on Wednesday.
