Rescue workers remove debris from toppled trees in Cagayan Province, the Philippines, Oct. 20, 2016. At least eight people were killed and two others missing after super typhoon Haima, locally named as Lawin, swept the northern Philippines, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said Thursday.
