TOKYO, Sept. 30 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 101 yen zone early Friday morning in Tokyo.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 101.19-20 yen compared with 100.98-101.08 yen in New York and 101.52-53 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.
The euro fetched 1.1219-1219 dollars and 113.53-57 yen against 1.1218-1228 dollars and 113.38-48 yen in New York and 1.1220-1221 dollars and 113.91-95 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon.
