ANKARA, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- There has been a stabbing attempt at the entrance of the Israeli embassy in Ankara and that attacker was shot in the leg, CNN Turk reported Wednesday, citing Israeli sources.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry has confirmed that a security guard shot and wounded "a knife-wielding man" near the Israeli mission and that all embassy staff are safe.
