HARBIN, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) -- Three people have died and another 10 were injured after a cement tanker collided with a bus in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province Wednesday noon, local authorities said.
The accident happened at about 1:30 p.m. in Anjia township in Harbin, the provincial capital, the city's emergency response office said. At the time of the accident, the bus had about 20 people on board.
Of the 10 injured, three were in serious condition.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is under way.
