RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 15 (Xinhua) -- Elia Viviani of Italy won the cycling track men's Omnium in the Rio Olympic Velodrome here on Monday.
Viviani collected a total of 207 points to take the gold, beating Mark Cavendish of team Britain to the second place in 194 points.
Lasse Norman Hansen of Denmark snatched the bronze with 192 points.
