SOCHI, Russia, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- The president of Russia could decide to sever diplomatic ties with Ukraine if there is no other options available, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said Friday amid the recent escalating tensions between Moscow and Kiev.
