RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand snatched a gold medal in the men's pair with a time of 6 minutes and 59.71 seconds in the rowing regatta of the 2016 Olympics Games here on Thursday.
South Africa and Italy took silver and bronze respectively in 7:02.51 and 7:04.52.
