RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- Simone Biles didn't held back in the Olympic women's gymnastics qualification. The 10-time world champion led the U.S.team ease into the final and reached four single event finals all as the top qualifier here on Sunday.

Biles, 19, was the biggest star in the women's gymnastics as she had shown her superiority with three world champion titles in the all-around event.

Competing at her Olympic debut, Biles excited the audience with powerful tumbles and firm landings.

She finished first in all-around, vault, balance beam and floor exercise while the U.S. team reached the final with a total score of 185.238 points, 9.959 ahead of the second best qualifier China.

"It felt incredible, and every one of us qualified for an event final," said Biles. "I don' t think we could ask for any more and we all have something to look forward to."

The Chinese team with five members all without Olympic experience shook off the nervousness to show their skills. But the uneven bar world champions Fan Yilin failed to make the final in her speciality.

The 41-year-old Oksana Chusovitina went on to reach the vault final at her seventh Olympic Games.
