DAMASCUS, July 21 (Xinhua) -- The U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces agreed on Thursday to a cease-fire in an Islamic State-controlled town in northern Syria, on the condition of a full withdrawal of IS militants, local Kurdish media said.
