PRAGUE, July 9 (Xinhua) -- Hungarian film It's Not the Time of My Life won the main prize Crystal Globe of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival on Saturday in the Czech Republic.
The film, directed by Hungarian director Szabolcs Hajdu, also won the best actor award.
The best actress award went to Slovakia's Zuzana Maureryova for playing the role in Czech director Jan Hrebejk's film The Teacher.
Zoology, a Russian-French-German coproduction film that directed by Ivan Tverdovsky, won the jury's special award.
The film The Wolf from Royal Vineyard Street by Czech director Jan Nemec, and the Romanian-Swedish picture by the Rails were awarded a special mention.
Slovenian director Damjan Kozole won the best direction award for his family drama Nightlife. The U.S. film Love True, made by Israeli director Alma Harel, won the documentary category award.
The main prize in the East to the West competition went to the autobiographical debut of Georgian director Rusudan Glurjidze, House of Others.
U.S. director Matt Ross's film Captain Fantastic won the audience award. Enditem
