WASHINGTON, July 2 (Xinhua) -- The 2016-2017 salary for each NBA club has been set at 94.143 million U.S. dollars.
The league also announced Saturday that the minimum payroll is 84.729 million dollars each team.
The new figures will be effective on Thursday when the NBA's moratorium period on deals ends and clubs can make trades and sign free agents.
