CHANGSHA, June 28 (Xinhua) -- Two people are missing after their boat capsized in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Tuesday afternoon, maritime authorities in central China's Hunan Province said.
The cargo boat, carrying 11 sailors, capsized off Chenglingji in Yueyang City at around 6 p.m., the city's maritime bureau said in a statement.
Nine sailors were saved but two remain missing, it said.
The search and rescue continued Tuesday night.
The maritime and public security bureaus are jointly investigating the accident.
