TEHRAN, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif will attend the international talks on the future of Syria to be held in Vienna on Friday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham said here on Wednesday.
