BEIJING, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- China's urban unemployment rate rose to 4.05 percent at the end of September, up from 4.04 percent at the end of June, official data showed Tuesday.
China created 10.66 million new jobs for urban residents in the first nine months, Li Zhong, spokesman for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, told a press conference.
