VANCOUVER, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) -- At least four passengers of a whale-watching boat died on Sunday evening after the tour vessel with 27 people onboard capsized off the coast of Vancouver Island in the Canadian province of British Columbia.
The tragedy also sent several other passengers to hospital and at least five others into local homes for immediate shelter and warmth, said the Canadian Coast Guard.
