SRINAGAR, Indian-controlled Kashmir, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- A civilian was killed and two others wounded Friday after troops of India and Pakistan fired on each other's positions in the disputed Kashmir region, officials said.
The exchange of fire broke out Friday evening in Samba sector, about 53 km south of Jammu, the winter capital of Indian-controled Kashmir.
The wounded were immediately sent to hospital for treatment. Enditem
