LAGOS, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) -- A suicide blast killed six people in Maiduguri, northeast Nigeria, on Friday, said the country's National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
At least 17 other people were injured and hospitalized after the blast at a mosque during early morning prayers, the NEMA said.
The attack was the sixth suicide bombing in Maiduguri this month.
