MUMBAI, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) -- Indian stocks opened higher on Friday following hints of new stimulus from the European Central Bank.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 27466.64, 178.98 points or 0.66 percent up from previous close of 27,287.66.
