LONDON, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- China and Britain have agreed to establish a high-level security dialogue to strengthen cooperation on issues including cyber crime, according to a joint declaration issued Thursday on the occasion of Chinese President Xi Jinping's state visit to Britain.
The two countries agree not to conduct or support cyber-enabled theft of intellectual property, trade secrets or confidential business information with the intent of providing competitive advantage, the declaration said.

No hard landing for Chinese economy despite downward pressure: Xi
LONDON, Oct. 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said here Wednesday that his country's economy will keep operating within "a proper range" and there will be no "hard landing."
