BEIJING, Oct. 21 (Xinhua) -- A 7.2-magnitude earthquake hit the Republic of Vanuatu at 5:52 a.m. on Wednesday, said the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 14.8 degrees south latitude and 167.3 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 130 km, according to the CENC.
