ODENSE, Denmark, Oct. 18 (Xinhua) -- Top-seeded Chen Long from China and his compatriot Li Xuerui both claimed titles at the Yonex Denmark Open 2015 badminton tournament finals here on Sunday.

Chen took the men's singles gold for the fourth time after easing past Indonesian shuttler Tommy Sugiarto 21-12, 21-12 in 45 minutes.

In the women's singles, India's P.V. Sindhu, who upset No. 2 seed Spanish Carolina Marin in the semifinals, could not stop fourth-seeded Li Xuerui of China from retaining the title.

South Korean Lee Yong-dae/Yoo Yeon-Seong and their compatriot Ko Sung Hyun/Kim Ha Na triumphed in the men's and mixed doubles respectively.

South Korea took another gold medal after women's doubles players Jung Kyung Eun/Shin Seung Chan received a walkover from fifth-seeded Tian Qing/Zhao Yunlei of China. The Chinese duo withdrew due to injuries.

The Yonex Denmark Open 2015 was held in central Denmark's Odense from Oct. 13-18, and has a total prize of 600,000 U.S. dollars.
