BEIJING, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- Premier Li Keqiang's article on creating a new driving force and a development upgrade will appear in Friday's Qiushi - "Seeking Truth" - a magazine of the Communist Party of China Central Committee.
To move the economy to medium-high-level, new concepts in both technology and governmental management are needed, according to Li, urging deep thinking on the economic and technology revolution and development of productive force.
In his article, he emphasised the role of "Internet Plus" , regarding it as an important means to realize medium-high-level economic development.
"Internet Plus", which means accumulating and utilizing resources through Internet, is an important measure to promote industrial upgrading and advance market-oriented reform. It is an innovation in both technological and institutional fields, providing broder platform for enterprises to prosper.
The realization of medium-high-level of economic growth and development also relys on encouraging popular entrepreneurship and mass innovation, according to Li.
