KAKANJ, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) -- Four miners were killed and two others injured in a coal mine accident early Tuesday in central Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
The accident took place at a mine pit at midnight, local officials said. And investigation was underway determine the cause of the accident.
Kakanj is located in an area with several large coal mines near Zenica, a major heavy industry city of the Balkan country.
In September 2014, an accident near Zenica took the lives of five miners with dozens slightly injured.
