MUMBAI, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- Indian stocks opened higher on Monday tracking positive trend seen in other Asian markets.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 27,242.60, 163.09 points or 0.60 percent up from the previous close of 27,079.51.
