TOKYO, Oct. 9 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar traded around the 120 yen line in early Tokyo trading Friday, slightly higher from its level in New York overnight.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.95-120.03 yen compared with 119.89-99 yen in New York and 119.80-82 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.
The euro fetched 1.1284-1288 dollars and 135.35-36 yen against 1.1271-1281 dollars and 135.22-32 yen in New York and 1.1290-1291 dollars and 135.26-30 yen in Tokyo late on Thursday afternoon.
