UNITED NATIONS, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Sunday condemned "in the strongest terms" a deadly attack in the old city of Jerusalem, voicing his firm belief that a negotiated two-state solution is the only "just and lasting solution" to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
