YANGON, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar government and ethnic armed groups agreed on Sunday to set Oct. 15 for the formal signing of the nationwide ceasefire accord (NCA) in Nay Pyi Taw, sources with the Myanmar Peace Center here said.
