China wins Asian Championship to qualify for Rio Olympics

CHANGSHA, China, Oct. 3 (Xinhua) -- China beat the Philippines 78-67 in the men's basketball final to win the Asian Championship here on Saturday.

With the victory, China also qualifies for the Rio Olympic Games men's basketball tournament as Asian champion.
