BEIJING, Sept. 30 (Xinhua) -- Ecuadorian Foreign Minister Ricardo Patino will pay an official visit to China from Oct. 7 to 8, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei announced on Wednesday.
Patino will visit at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Hong said.
