NEW DELHI, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) -- At least five law students have been killed and two others injured in a road mishap in the southern Indian state of Karnataka, a senior police official said Thursday.
"The mishap happened near the University of Agricultural Sciences in Dharwad district when a car in which they were traveling collided with a state-run bus," he said on condition of anonymity.
While five students were killed in the impact of the collision, those injured have been admitted to a government hospital where their condition is said to be serious, the official said.
A probe has been ordered into the incident, he added.
