HAVANA, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos and the leader of the FARC Rodrigo Londoño Echeverri announced in Havana Wednesday that the two sides had reached a landmark understanding about how to bring their long civil war to an end.
