TAIPEI, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- Four bodies had been found and identified and five people remain missing after a boat capsized off Taoyuan City in northern Taiwan on Friday, local coast guard said Saturday.
The bodies were identified as the captain, two fishermen from Chinese mainland, and another from Indonesia. Divers reported fishing nets were preventing them from getting into the capsized boat.
The fishing boat, "Shih Hui No.31", which departed from northern Taiwan's main port of Keelung, collided with a cargo ship, the "Asia Cement No.2".
Taiwan's coast guard dispatched vessels and a helicopter to search for the crew. The rescue operation and an investigation into the cause of the collision are under way.
