DAMASCUS, May 31 (Xinhua) -- At least 27 people were killed and 30 others wounded Sunday when a fuel tank exploded on a clinic rooftop in Syria's predominantly Kurdish city of Hasaka in northern Syria, the official Syrian TV said.
