WASHINGTON, May 16 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale jolted 24 km north of Ramechhap, Nepal at 1134 GMT Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 27.5457 degrees north latitude and 86.0754 degrees east longitude.
